Navigating the various relationships in our lives can be quite tough. We sometimes develop habits, fall into routines, and take on roles over time, which can lead us to feeling stuck.
I can help you to gain insight into how you contribute to your relationships and the patterns you help to co-create. From there, you can be empowered to make changes in your relationships that feel sustainable and reflect you and your values.

Life throws twists and turns our way in all stages of our lives. Even when expected, planned for, and welcome, life events and changes require adjustments, which can be difficult.
I can help you move through transitions by opening up perspective and interpretation, acknowledging and processing the grief for the time before or anxiety for what is to come, and build resilience in the face of change.

Adolescence is a period of immense change and identity exploration. While it is often a time of great excitement, it can also be tumultuous, confusing, and difficult.
I help adolescents through this period by building skills for now and in the future. Oftentimes, we focus on resiliency, relationship-building and management, and identity exploration.

Young adults are often continuing the work they started in late adolescence, on a deeper and more nuanced level. Independence and career exploration is well under way, which brings its own challenges.
I help young adults by delving deeper into identity and career exploration, along with gaining insight into one’s place in the world and honing adaptive coping skills.

Parenting is a uniquely loaded adventure. There is so much to consider as a part of a family system, in addition to being a person in the world.
I support parents to explore their values, identities, and unique challenges to grow even more as parents and individuals. I also help parents navigate supporting their children who are facing difficulties of their own.
